Report AM: Job Sheets

The end-of-day report – done in under five minutes, on site.

Report AM replaces the paper job-sheet pad: record hours, note materials and
equipment, attach photos, have the customer sign on your phone and email the
finished PDF with your logo to the office. All offline, no account, no cloud.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Report AM needs no registration and no server. Customers, hours, photos and
signatures stay on your device. No tracking, no advertising, no data sharing. It
works with no signal – the email goes out once you are back in range.

THREE TYPES OF REPORT, ONE FORM
• Timesheet – working hours only
• Daywork sheet – hours, materials and equipment for invoicing
• Daily report – the day's documentation, including the weather

WHAT YOU RECORD
• Working hours per employee with qualification – master craftsman, skilled
worker, labourer and apprentice are ready-made options; add your own
• Start and finish times, with hours calculated automatically less breaks – or
enter them yourself
• Materials with quantity and unit, equipment hours, travel and additional costs
• Site photos with captions
• Customer, site, order number and work carried out

SIGNATURE AND PDF
Customer and engineer sign with a finger, with printed name and time stamp. The
report is then closed and never changed. The PDF carries your letterhead with
logo and a consecutive report number.

SENDING
• "Send to office" – store the address once, then one tap is enough
• "Send to customer" – the address comes from your records, and the office gets
a copy
• Optionally, a machine-readable JSON file goes out with the PDF
• Or share it the usual way: WhatsApp, cloud, print

WORK FASTER
• Saved records for customers, sites, employees and materials – enter once, then
tap
• Duplicate yesterday's report and adjust only the hours
• Search by number, customer, site and work carried out

BACKUP
One tap creates a full backup with all reports, photos, signatures and PDFs – a
ZIP file you keep wherever you like. Restoring it on a new device is just as
simple. The app reminds you when no backup has been made for a while.

PRICES

No user accounts to manage, no set-up fee.

You can complete five reports free of charge in each calendar month. Recording and editing reports is always free — only completing one counts towards that limit. If you were already using Report AM before this update, you can carry on completing reports without any limit.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASE

Report AM Pro removes the monthly limit and takes the line "Created with Report AM" off the PDF.

• Pro – one-off: a single payment rather than a subscription — there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel

A subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is taken through your Google account. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Play Store app: tap your profile picture, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE, IN YOUR FORMATS
Report AM speaks German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish,
Dutch, Turkish, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish. Date, numbers and paper size
follow your device region – 1,234.50 in the UK, 1.234,50 in Germany.

WHO IT IS FOR
For trade businesses of one to around twenty employees still working off paper
job-sheet pads: electrical, plumbing, heating, building, painting and decorating,
landscaping, service and installation.

WORTH KNOWING
Reports are often the basis for invoicing and have to be kept on file. Report AM
produces PDF files that are not changed afterwards and makes it easier to send
them promptly – keeping them on file remains a job for your business or your
accountant. The app does not give legal advice.
