2023-07-26	Ni*****	Worst experience ever right at the beginning of the account opening. I tried to search for the fund options available for the SmartSIPs. But the app doesn't give you any details unless you sign up and open account. Unnecessarily I ended up by opening an account. I got several login details for login, I downloaded this app to look for the fund options. As soon as I opened App got an error for Internet connection,not sure why and how. And then got the blank page when I searched for the SmartSIPs.

If there is option to add holdings that are directly invested so that we can see XIRR, it would be nice. Currently it shows only amount invested through the app. 3. I don't see Sharpe ratio and other info which was there in earlier version. 4. Don't understand why app takes such a long time to load after each click

2021-12-14	Br*****	Cannot redeem neither can I switch from regular to direct I want to invest more but commission too high .and reaching out to them next to impossible.and Yes ofcourse you cannot withdraw your money only see it grow.can you like simply the process like other apps. My biggest mistake was investing with you guys.

2021-07-17	Gu*****	App doesn't have any contact info of SAMCO or Rank MF. Investment through this app is so easy but withdrawal is so difficult. Trying to Redeem some of MF units since last 25 days but no joy. This problem should be sorted out on priority.
