User Reviews

Users praise the physical stores for good product quality and friendly staff. However, the app experience is marred by repeated login and registration failures, missing verification codes, app crashes, and unclear voucher and points policies. Privacy concerns arise from forced permissions. Overall, the app is considered unstable and frustrating, despite positive in-store experiences.

Pros

Good quality products, especially fruits, and a nice shopping experience in-store.
Friendly staff at the physical Farmers Market stores.
Convenient shopping at Farmers Market.

Cons

The app has frequent login and registration problems, including inability to log in, forgotten card number issues, and rejection of correct OTP codes.
Verification codes for registration often do not arrive, preventing new user registration.
The app is unstable or non-functional, sometimes closing unexpectedly or not opening at all.
Users complain about poor communication and unclear instructions regarding vouchers and the points system, which appears unreliable or non-existent.
The app requests intrusive permissions and forces acceptance or it closes, causing privacy concerns.
