Cassa Mobile

Cassa Mobile is Ranatick's handheld app designed for amusement parks, water parks, tourist attractions, and hospitality businesses that already use the Ranatick management platform. It transforms a smartphone or Android PDA (such as the Sunmi V3H) into a fully functional cash register, integrated with the ItalRetail fiscal printer already installed in the company.

Designed for sales staff

The app is designed for cashiers and sales associates of customers already active on the Ranatick platform. It is not an app for the end consumer: tickets, cards, and receipts remain managed by Ranatick's consumer-facing systems. Mobile Checkout is the work tool that replaces or complements traditional physical checkouts, bringing the flexibility of mobile devices wherever it's needed: secondary entrances, events, mobile ticketing, and temporary kiosks.

• Sunmi V3H — Android handheld with integrated thermal printer and NFC
• Android 8.1+ smartphone on a LAN with the ItalRetail PRX printer
• WiFi connection to the same network as the fiscal printer

Security

Token-based authentication to the Ranatick backend (HTTPS). No payment data is managed directly by the app: POS transactions always pass through certified terminals. Session login for cashiers with permissions managed by the back office.
