User Reviews

Users report frequent login problems, including incorrect-credential errors with valid details, failed password resets, and lockouts after updates. Many reviewers expected a food-ordering app and were confused or disappointed to find an employee-only crew app for Raising Cane's. Some reviewers said the app worked well before recent updates and that it helps crew members connect, but complaints about broken access and unclear purpose dominate.

Pros

Gives Raising Cane's crew members a place to connect, share posts, and reach out to each other
Worked well for some users before recent updates

Cons

Frequent login failures, with users getting 'credentials are wrong' errors even when entering correct details
Password reset emails often never arrive, leaving users locked out
Many users confused by the app, which is for employees only and not for ordering food
Updates lock users out of the app, and some say it won't open at all
