Does not work on Samsung Galaxy S 21÷. Does even show the login screen. Just opens to a white screen and stays same.for ever. Not sure what should I do the device.

I loaded the app. When I start the app the rain cloud symbol comes on, and then I get a blank screen, and that's it.
