Railway Crew

Railway Crew is the official mobile app for railway crew members (USER accounts) connected to the Railway Monitor system. Complete your daily operational checklists, manage your profile, enroll for face verification, and review your submission history — all from one secure app.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
• Railway crew members with a USER account
• Assistant Loco Pilots (ALP), Loco Pilots (LP), and Train Managers (TM)
• Staff who must complete sign-on and sign-off duty checklists

This app is not for administrators. Admins manage form templates and users in the admin console.

KEY FEATURES

✓ Daily duty checklists
Select your staff type (ALP, LP, or TM) and duty (SIGN-ON or SIGN-OFF). Answer today’s questions from the server and submit your compliance form in minutes.

✓ Home dashboard
See your crew ID, greeting, latest submission date, and face enrollment status at a glance. Pull to refresh or use quick navigation to forms, history, and profile.

✓ Face enrollment
Check your verification status, take a photo with the camera or choose from gallery, and submit for face enrollment. Images are compressed before upload for faster, reliable submission.

✓ Submission history
View past form submissions with expandable question-and-answer details. Pull to refresh and load more entries when available.

✓ Profile management
Update your name, email, crew type, headquarter, and mobile number. Change your profile photo and optional password.

✓ Secure sign-in
Register as new crew or log in with User ID and password. Your session is stored securely. The app is for crew (USER) accounts only.

✓ Account deletion request
Request account deletion through a secure in-app page when required by policy.

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Railway Monitor crew (USER) account
• Internet connection for forms and sync
• Camera / photo access for face enrollment and profile photo (optional)
