StepSense is a white‑label corporate step and walk challenge platform that helps organisations build healthy habits, improve engagement and reduce absenteeism. Employees and students sign up, form teams, join multi‑national challenges and compete on individual and team leaderboards. Real‑time dashboards, branded themes (colours, logos, images, text) and robust reporting provide measurable ROI while making wellness fun and social across offices and time zones.

Privacy and control are central to StepSense. The app requires Steps to participate and optionally requests Active Calories, Exercise Sessions and Stride Cadence to provide fair credit and richer insights. All permissions are optional (except Steps), data is used only for progress, leaderboards and reporting, and no GPS or raw sensor streams are collected. Fully GDPR‑compliant and anonymous, StepSense never shares Health Connect data outside the app or uses it for advertising.
