Kochi Manga BASE was born as a base for transmitting accumulated materials and information as "Manga Kingdom Tosa".
You can see the history of Kochi's manga culture and the items displayed by the manga artists who were born here, as well as a number of postcards and autographs by manga artists related to "Manga Kingdom, Tosa".
