Forge is a habit challenge app where you duel a friend - and a referee rules every day. No honor system, no self-reported streaks: somebody else calls it.

HOW A FORGE WORKS

Pick from a large curated library of positive habits across Movement, Nutrition, Discipline, Home and Learning & Focus. Invite an Opponent by email - even if they're not on Forge yet, we email them the invite. Then pick your referee: a third friend as Judge, or the free AI Judge. Run it for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.

Each day both competitors submit quick proof - one photo, a video hard-capped at 60 seconds, or a start and end timestamp pair. The Judge rules the day: a winner, a tie, or a no-show, in one tap plus an optional note. Rulings are final. Judges get a deadline, and if they miss noon the next day the AI Judge rules that day instead, so a busy friend can never leave your forge stuck. A live scoreboard, streak and score track who's ahead.

WHY A JUDGE
An impartial referee rules every day, so there is no honor system and no cheating. Retention is built in: someone is watching, and waiting on your proof. And it's kinder than a solo tracker, because you compete with a friend rather than against an app.

NO SPARE FRIEND TO REFEREE? USE THE AI JUDGE
Choose an AI referee at forge creation instead of a third friend, and the forge starts as soon as your Opponent accepts. Once you both submit the day's proof, it rules the winner automatically. Too close to call? It rules a fair tie and flags the day, so you always know when it wasn't sure. The AI Judge is free on every plan, it never ghosts, and it backs up a friend Judge who does. It scores proofs only - it can't be paid for a verdict and it changes no leaderboard position.

LEVEL UP AS YOU WIN
Earn points for every day you win and every forge you take, with points scaling by length so long forges are worth far more. Climb 10 levels, Ember to Mythic, on lifetime XP. Unlock badges for your first day won, your first forge, 100 lifetime points, a perfect 3-forge run, a 6-month scoring streak and more. Make the monthly Top 100 leaderboard, and earn a fair-referee reputation on the Top Judges board, scored on rulings delivered on time.

NEVER MISS A DAY
Push notifications carry the whole loop: you've been challenged, your Opponent submitted, proof due today, a day needs your ruling, the Judge ruled, your forge is complete. An evening proof reminder nudges you while the day is still open. Proof capture also works with no signal, so you can shoot in a basement gym or on a trail and it uploads itself the moment you reconnect.

FOR TEAMS
Companies can run Forge for their people: create a team, share a 6-character join code, and each seat makes that member Premium.
Every seat is Premium, so each teammate can run up to 5 forges at once.
A team board ranks everyone in the org for the month.

FAIR AND SAFE BY DESIGN
Only curated positive habits are available. No custom or free-text challenges, and no diet, calorie or weight-loss goals - ever. Money and outcomes never touch: forges are free to enter, nothing is staked, and winning earns non-cash score only. No wallet, no payout. The leaderboard shows winners only, so there is no public "losing" - losing a day stays gentle and private to the three participants. Your proof stays private too: photos and videos are never public, and only the people in your forge can open them, through links that expire within the hour. Profile pictures are automatically screened before they appear.

PRICING
Forge is free to download and free to play. Starting a forge costs nothing at any length - 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. On the free tier you run one forge at a time, and forges you're invited to don't count, so a friend can challenge you any time. Forge Premium lets you run up to 5 forges at once and adds Premium profile cosmetics (profile color, avatar frame, name flair). Lifetime is one payment for Premium forever. A 7-day Premium trial is included.
