Radio Onda Sul is based in Carmo do Rio Claro, in the south of Minas Gerais. The region is strategically located, situated between the three main cities of the country: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Belo Horizonte.

Southern Minas Gerais has one of the most developed and mechanized agricultural sectors in Brazil, in addition to a rapidly expanding industrial park. Tourism is also very strong and fuels the region's economy. It is by taking advantage of all this regional potential that Onda Sul FM has been standing out from other radio stations in neighboring cities.

Onda Sul has an eclectic programming schedule, but segmented in its time slots. 90% is geared towards a young audience that likes new things and enjoys dance, rock, pop, reggae, charme, axé music, and especially humor. Our audience reach is approximately 1,000,000 listeners distributed across more than seventy cities in the region.
