2Rad Ambulanz

We'll take you to our workshop! - With the 2Rad Ambulance app!

As a successful bicycle repair shop, it is important to us to always stay in touch with our customers and to process their concerns quickly and efficiently. However, communication via telephone and email is often cumbersome and time-consuming. This is exactly where our app comes in: it simplifies customer communication and makes it stress-free and uncomplicated for both sides.

With our app you have direct access to our workshop at any time. Whether it's making appointments, requesting quotes, queries about ongoing repairs or our workshop chat, where photos can also be sent - everything is possible with just a few clicks.

Thanks to the user-friendly interface and intuitive operation, the app is easy to use for everyone.

With the 2Rad Ambulanz app you also have access to exclusive promotions such as our loyalty program, which are only available to app users. You will never miss offers, new products or events again and will always be up to date.
