Genklang is for those of you who live in a family where alcohol or drugs are prevalent – or where the atmosphere at home is sometimes difficult. Here you get a safe place where you can get help, support and peace at your own pace, without having to explain everything or be a certain type.
Genklang is created by people who know what it feels like when everyday life becomes too much. That's why you don't get heavy therapy or long explanations – you get concrete tools, short audio files, small videos and exercises that are easy to use when things get noisy.
You get your own regular advisor, who you can write to directly when you need it. There is no waiting time, no adult-ish stuff and no requirement that you say certain things. You come as you are.
In Genklang you get access to:
