Worst App. I have booked a ticket and paid 8000 through easypaisa, its been 2 hours now didn't get ticket print or pdf or sms or email confirmation yet. Fraud app

Very disappointing experience. Although the payment was deducted and a confirmation email was sent, the booking wasn't completed. I've requested a refund, but now they are attributing the issue to the bank
