Only issue I find with them is whenever I have booked for room .. the app shows its available but later I get call or message that the room is already booked for that time slot and then they change it to another room which is available. 2024-07-20	ha*****	Worst App and Fraud People. Had cancelled my booking 24hrs before check in and as per their policy I should get full refund. But amout is refund yet. Called their support team number he told will revert in 10mins and now not answering my call. Have sent so many emails and information on their website support but still no revert not any refund.

2024-07-13	Pr*****	I would have given ratings in minus... I booked through this app and after reaching at hotel receptionist said no rooms available. That shows the poor communication between hotel and agreegator.. very much disappointed...no professional approach... No written apologies yet... Neither from hotel management nor from the agreegator... Very very bad experience
