I'm not receiving push notifications. I reached out to support and they insisted it was my device, but I have the latest android software and the device indicates the app does not send notifications so I can't turn them on or off. I requested a technical team but apparently they don't have a dedicated technical team. How I'm I supposed to know when a shift is available if I don't receive push notifications? Also, there is barely any work and thousands of workers and their rating system is strict

Hasn't worked for me. It's been a frustrating experience so far. I uploaded all my documents and certificates to the app as required and it still doesn't show any shifts available. Every time I try to contact customer service they say they're "working on it". Day after day and still nothing. I just wish someone would actually be there to talk to and help with these types of issues. ****** Update. In response to your reply, I asked to speak to a manager after I read your reply. Still no help.
