・9VAeで読み込んだイラストを次ページにコピーし、変形するだけでアニメーションが作れます。
・１枚絵を描くだけで「ひとコマアニメーション（ホワイトボードアニメーション）」が作れます。
・既存の SVG、WMFイラストからアニメーションが作れます。

・キーフレーム補間機能があり、なめらかに動くアニメーションが作れます。

・文字、写真、音が入れられます。
・複数のアニメーションを合成できます。
・クリックで進むボタンを入れれば、プレゼンテーションに使えます。
・レイヤー、パスアニメーション、タイムカーブといった高度な機能を持っています。
・筆線、ぶれ、半透明グラデーションがつけられます。
・GIFアニメ、SVGアニメ、MP4動画が作れます。
・保存場所はダウンロードフォルダの中の「9VAe」です。音（WAV）や写真、イラスト（SVG/WMF）をここに入れると読み込めます。
