PC Layout Keyboard

PC Layout Keyboard is an on-screen keyboard for Android designed for people who are used to physical PC keyboard layouts.

Instead of heavily rearranging symbol keys for mobile use, it prioritizes keeping letters, numbers, and symbols in familiar PC-style positions. It is intended for users who want to keep using the key-position muscle memory they already have from typing on a computer.

Main features

- English (US), English (UK), and Japanese (JIS) PC-style layouts
- Letter, number, and symbol placement based on physical PC keyboard layouts
- Horizontal scrolling in portrait mode to reach keys on the right side of the keyboard
- Tap Shift for one-shot Shift input
- Hold Shift while pressing other keys for PC-style simultaneous Shift input
- Left and right cursor keys
- Fixed bottom-row Space and Backspace keys for easier access
- Offline operation with no network communication

The current MVP does not include Japanese kana-kanji conversion, predictive text, or a learning dictionary. JIS is provided as a PC keyboard key layout.
