2026-08-09	Ti*****	There is apparently no way to customize the list of check-items. Much of it only applies to .... some hotels. Some items belong on maint ck lists, or seasonal/annual ck lists; NOT on daily ck lists. I am a user of the app and have a rather low opinion of this app because I have to sort through a long list of items that simply do not apply at all.

2026-08-06	Da*****	I use this application at work on a Samsung Galaxy tablet. if I do anything else on the tablet, such as using the camera app or looking at any other application other than Quore, Quore drops its connection... so for example, when I go to take a photograph of something I'm working on, if I was silly enough to have started the work order in Quore before switching to take the photograph, I have to redo the whole work order. I'd rather use pen and paper.

2026-07-06	St*****	Phone locks? Re-enter credentials...Need to take a pic to complete work order? App closes, re-enter credentials...Need to verify if work order was completed? Better be close to a desktop, because its not available on device...God your app is just useless...I get better results using work order triplicate paperwork than with your modern technology. Maybe quit taking promotional pics of your lead engineer tanning by the pool and have him make a better product? Just saying...

2026-06-30	Ch*****	When I'm using any app on my phone, whenever the back button is pressed it will go back to the previous page. But not quore! This app quits the entire program. I might as well have two home buttons on my phone while using this app. So now I've been pressing "back" for 15 or 20 years and now suddenly with this app, my back button closes the app and my home button closes it too. I don't understand how a company like the Hilton hotel can use an app so terrible for their workers.

2026-06-20	Jo*****	The session timeout behavior is exhausting. The app logs me out after only 10–15 minutes of inactivity or every single time my phone locks. Stopping work to repeatedly re-enter credentials while my hands are full in the field severely slows down productivity. I understand the need for data security, but the current window is far too aggressive for a work-order management application.

2026-06-07	Je*****	The most recent update really screwed things up. Please fix your app! And stop telling people to go through their hotels internet service provider to fix issues! If you offer an app, and businesses pay for your service, it should all work properly across all platforms no matter what!

Very rarely do I get through doing longer tasks on it without it saying there is no network connection, try again which only works 1/10 times. Then I have to restart what I was working on because it doesn't save your progress. I have a decent phone but your app sometimes makes me want to throw it across the room! Please fix the connection issues!
