User Reviews

Users appreciate the brightness and ease of installation of the lights themselves, and some mention past positive experiences with older products from the manufacturer. However, the app faces significant issues including frequent Bluetooth connectivity failures, forced updates that cause crashes, and poor or nonfunctional music syncing capabilities. The color selection interface is imprecise, and users are frustrated by the need to reconnect each time, leading to widespread dissatisfaction with the app despite liking the hardware.

Pros

Lights are bright and easy to install.
The app works well once properly connected and understood.
Previous versions or older products from the same company had good performance.
The product itself is liked despite app issues.

Cons

App frequently fails to connect to the rock lights via Bluetooth.
Forced updates cause app to stop working or crash constantly.
Music sync feature is ineffective; incompatible with popular streaming services and only works with local files.
Color selection using a color wheel is frustrating and imprecise.
Users must reconnect the app every time they want to use the lights, making it inconvenient.

Force an update once you do the update they no longer work. Won't connect to the rock lights so disconnected permanently. Problem solved. Worst bluetooth app I've ever had

Worked once. They updated and now it wont connect at all. Fails every time. Extremely frustrated and disappointing. 1 hr trying to get it working. Negative star. Update 2/10/23 they have yet to fix it, or respond to my emails and DMs. Save your money and buy another brand. This is trash company.
