Echo Garden

Echo Garden is a quiet puzzle game about arranging a garden and letting the rain answer you.

Choose luminous, shape-coded flowers from your seed pouch and plant them across a moonlit meadow — each card is a single flower that blooms where you set it down. Runes in the soil tell you how each plant will bend the falling water. When the garden is arranged, release the Rain — and watch a single drop thread its way through everything you planted.

There is no timer, no score, and no way to lose anything. A garden that does not
resolve simply shows you where the water went, and waits while you think again.

THREE HUNDRED GARDENS
A campaign in twenty-seven bands, from a first single drop to five-flower
plantings on tilled ground where mirrors, moonflowers, mushrooms, lotuses,
arrows, hedges and stones all argue over the same stream of water. The night
runs from first light to dawn — and then through a whole day, and a deeper
night, to a second dawn.

READ THE WATER
Every puzzle is solved by understanding, not by speed or dexterity. The rain
falls the same way every time. If you know what each plant does, you know what will happen — and when you are wrong, the garden shows you exactly where your reasoning bent.

LEARNED, NOT EXPLAINED
New plants introduce themselves in a small living demonstration rather than a
wall of text. You are never told a rule you could have watched instead.
