2022-08-26	Pr*****	I am not sure why some users have given negative reviews. But as far as my experience is concerned both delivery and customer service experience has been great. I order all sort of vegetables, fruits and food on regular basis, they are genuinely of good quality, on time delivery and once i had issues with the lemons delivered to me, so i informed them on chat support and without even asking for any image they trusted me and provided me a refund.

2022-08-17	Ha*****	Giving 5 stars as I didn't face any issues yet. Good service so far. But I have a suggestion: I see a lot of single use plastics being used for packing the stuff. I have even seen individual items being sealed in plastic bags (which produces a lot of plastic waste). I informed to the local store, and they understood (good thing) Would encourage you to explore other 'greener' options and implement that for all stores.

The cost of every food item shown in Quick Wind is ₹50-100 more than what we get at the restaurant. On top of it the delivery charges are ₹30-50. I would prefer to visit the restaurant instead of using the app. This really created a bad impression. Cost efficiency is what people look out for!
