QuickTap Rider

QuickTap Rider helps delivery teams manage their assigned orders from pickup to doorstep.

Connect to your company with a login QR provided by your dispatcher, or use your email, password and Company Verification Code.

• View assigned deliveries, customer details and cash-on-delivery amounts.
• Open directions to pickup and delivery locations.
• Update deliveries as picked up, delivered or unsuccessful.
• Take a camera photo as proof of delivery when required.
• Start and end your shift to control location sharing.
• Use English or Arabic and light or dark appearance.

During an active shift, QuickTap Rider uses location in the background so your company can follow deliveries. Eligible customers can follow their own delivery when their company enables live order tracking. End your shift to stop location sharing. Location updates depend on device permissions, connectivity and operating-system restrictions.

QuickTap Rider is for riders and employees invited by a business using QuickTap. Your company must create or link your rider account and provide a valid login QR or Company Verification Code.
