QuickShuttle is a passenger shuttle booking and trip management app that helps users search available routes, select seats, book tickets, and manage their journeys.

SEARCH AVAILABLE SHUTTLE TRIPS

Enter your boarding location, destination, and travel date to find available shuttle trips. View route information, scheduled stops, departure details, fares, and seat availability before booking.

SELECT YOUR PREFERRED SEAT

View the seat layout for the selected trip and choose an available seat. Add the required passenger and contact details to continue with the booking.

ONLINE TICKET PAYMENT

Pay for physical shuttle transportation services using the supported payment methods available during checkout. The applicable fare and payment summary are displayed before payment confirmation.

DIGITAL TICKET AND PNR

After successful payment, the booking confirmation and digital ticket are available in the app. Booking information may include:

• PNR and booking status
• Boarding and drop-off locations
• Trip date and scheduled time
• Passenger and seat details
• Fare and payment status
• Ticket verification information

MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS

View active, upcoming, cancelled, and previous bookings from your account. Eligible bookings can be cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy. Where applicable, eligible refunds are processed through the supported payment provider and may take the stated processing time.

LIVE TRIP INFORMATION

For supported active trips, users can view available bus location and journey information on the in-app map. Live location availability depends on the trip status, driver location availability, network connectivity, and service area.

BOOKING AND TRIP UPDATES

Receive relevant updates for bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and active trips. Notification delivery depends on device permissions and network availability.

ACCOUNT AND PROFILE

Create and verify your account using OTP authentication. Manage your profile, contact information, saved passenger details, booking history, and account preferences from within the app.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Access support options and view the applicable terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, ticket delivery information, and account deletion instructions.

PERMISSIONS

Location access is requested only when the user chooses a location-based feature, such as detecting a pickup city, viewing their position on the live trip map, or calculating the distance to a shuttle.

Photo access is optional and is requested only when the user chooses to upload or update a profile picture.

Available routes, schedules, seats, offers, payment methods, live tracking, cancellation eligibility, and other services may vary depending on the trip and service area.
