had a very disappointing experience. I paid for a three-day parking permit and followed the instructions given by customer service. When no visitor parking was available, I was told to park in another spot that they said belonged to them, and I was assured my car would not be towed. Despite this, my car was towed overnight. this app asks for license plate # AND a spot number, why do you need to complicate with both? It told me to renter spot and when I did it defaulted back to another vehicle instead of the one I initially put with no option to edit! ridiculous!
