2) 30-day workout plans - If you are looking for something more structured, QuickFit can provide you with a 30-day disciplined exercise routine. You can customise it according to measures like your body type, available equipment, days of the week and more. 

3) Weekly diet plans - QuickFit provides you with a personalised diet plan according to target weight, cuisine, diet preferences, food allergies and time available to cook.

4) AI food scanner (most loved feature) - Click or upload a picture of your meal and get its calories, macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) and micronutrients (sodium, calcium, iron, fibre and sugar). In addition, get AI suggestions on making your meal healthier.

5) AI fitness chatbot - Users can ask questions to the QuickFit chatbot if they have questions regarding fitness, diet or anything related for that matter.
