All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Grants the necessary access to scan device storage structures to locate deleted items, manage documents, and perform cache cleanup.
Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Maintains application stability during file operations, preventing the operating system from terminating recovery or cleanup tasks prematurely.

Note: These permissions are utilized exclusively for data retrieval functions. The application does not collect, modify, or interact with files unrelated to the user-initiated recovery process.
