It offers practical knowledge, expert-developed guidance, relaxation exercises, meditations, yoga, and concise videos and audio content focused on well-being throughout pregnancy, birth preparation, the postpartum period, and the baby’s first months.

The app helps mothers make time for self-care while navigating changes in sleep, relationships, daily routines, and parenthood. Topics include mindfulness, relaxation, restful routines, partnership, birth, postpartum recovery, and early baby care. Selected health insurance providers may cover access, and a certified prevention course may be reimbursed by eligible statutory health insurance plans.
