2024-07-20	Na*****	There were 4 updates required in the past week!! Password, biometric, code are all saved but never show up. I always have to log in manually. Thermostat doesn't work with the app. What a pain! Edit 7/19: Thank you for responding. This is fixed now.

2024-06-02	R *****	Never, EVER remembers my creds, so I have to put my username and password in every single time I launch the app. Now has started to not work at all, won't let me change the AC/Heat... worthless app. Edit, the issue still isn't fixed! I still have to log in every time AND it still doesn't actually let me change AC/Heat. How does this happen...

2024-03-30	r *****	You wouldn't know if the door is locked or not , no notification when someone do open the door , ac would run although you set the temp higher very old technology for 2024 more like 2014

2024-02-25	We*****	The worst app I have ever used. Changes you make to the thermostat do not take effect and the app fails to unlock the door lock so you will be locked out if you rely on it. My building just replaced our great Google Nest thermostats with these and it is a HUGE downgrade. Building staff let us know it is because the management company has an ownership interest in QUEXT and is trying to revive its failing investment and charge a $20 monthly subscription fee . Extremely unethical
