2024-12-27	Sa*****	Rubbish. Useless site that suddenly decides to permanently block your account after numerous years, giving fake and vague reasons, demands you send sensitive info/ID then gives snotty replies to valid reviews. Avoid at all costs

2024-10-09	Ho*****	there has been a 'deactivated by owner's survey sitting in my surveys page for three full months now. I can't get rid of it and it's incredibly annoying. surveys seem to load fine and payout is slow to earn and slow to be paid but does eventually work. but please, give us an option to clear out all the deactivated surveys

2024-10-03	Ri*****	If it's actually possible to rate a 0 star, then I would have because during log in, it'll say that I should input my username and password, but whenever I put it, it'll say both of them are all invalid. I used all my emails and their passwords but no one seems to work, so I recommend that you guys should try and look into it because it's really frustrating. Thank you

2024-06-24	Ke*****	My account suddenly unsubscribed i've answered a lot of survey and i'm saving up my points so i can cash out. But this app just keep on logging me out. I don't know why. I thought this app would really pay my hardwork efforts.

2024-06-04	Na*****	Glitch since update. Have a notification that I have 5 surveys but when I click to survey page theor not there no matter how many time I refresh. Then change to web browser and I can see and take them there.

2023-08-24	Ge*****	Trying this app made me remember why I prefer to use my browser rather than 'apps': terrible text rendering. Text so grey it is barely distinguishable from the background and gives me eyestrain after reading it for a few minutes. Text should be black! And like most apps there are zero configuration options, no way to adjust the text so it is comfortable to read. I'll stick to accessing onepoll from my browser in future, that way I can choose nice, black, bold text that doesn't give me eyestrain.

2023-06-09	Ol*****	I got 4/5 of the way to cashing out, and suddenly out of nowhere I open the app to be shown a message that I've been deleted from the community. No reason given. No way to log back in. So they've basically stolen the $20+ of pay that I'd earned. Not impressed. What a massive scammy waste of my time.

2023-04-28	am*****	App is slow ,see wen I go to hit the button to the surveys,it goes blank then I've to go back to the where it says surveys then i go and answer the survey, you need to fix this problem...ah the way,wen I answers a few serveys,then say I don't qualify but it jumps to a different answer to the question ,then make me out to be wrong wen I was right in the first place...yous really need to sort this app out
