TA Mitra is the official-travel companion for bank officers, field staff, and anyone who must record journeys, calculate travel allowance (TA), and submit a clean monthly claim.

Open the app, log a trip, and TA Mitra keeps your distance, fares, and expenses in one place. At month-end, generate a professional PDF report in your organization format — ready to print, share, or attach to your claim.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Record official trips
Log continuous journeys (several places before you return) or breaking journeys (you return or halt between legs). Add each place you visit so the day’s travel is complete. Optional settings support one-way trips when you do not return the same day.

Calculate allowance with confidence
TA Mitra works out kilometres, fares, and expenditure from the travel you enter. Review the month before you submit so totals are consistent and nothing is guessed at the last minute.

Generate monthly claim PDFs
Create a month-wise travel report with bill numbering. If your bank or organization is listed in the app, reports can follow that organization’s format. Generating the same month again reuses the same bill number so your claim identity stays consistent through resubmission.

Track days with no claim
Mark a date as No Claim when you did not travel, with a short reason. That closes the day honestly so your month is not left incomplete.

HOW A TYPICAL MONTH WORKS
1. Complete your profile (HQ, working branch if different, organization).
2. Log trips as you travel, or catch up from history.
3. Mark any No Claim days.
4. Generate that month’s PDF, check the figures, and submit it through your office process.

TA Mitra prepares the record and the report. Approval and reimbursement still follow your organization’s own rules.

Earn coins by watching an occasional bonus video when you open the app, or by sharing TA Mitra with colleagues using your Play Store link and referral code. Redeem coins for extra access at the rates shown in the app.

Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a savings percentage set by the publisher. A limited free trial may be offered once per device.

LOCATION AND PERMISSIONS
Location is used to support official mileage and trip recording. Notifications can remind you to add entries and show live-trip updates. Camera or photos may be used if you attach receipts. You can review permission prompts in the app and change them later in Android Settings.

PRIVACY AND YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign in with Google. You can add a phone number and complete your work profile. Data is stored so you can use TA Mitra on your signed-in account. You can delete your account from the app; that removes your sign-in and the travel data tied to it.

TA Mitra is built by Queotech. It is an independent travel-allowance tool. It is not an official app of any bank unless your organization has arranged a rollout with Queotech.
