FormPrep: Photo & PDF Resizer

FormPrep is a photo resizer, passport photo maker and PDF compressor for online forms. Resize your photo, signature and documents to the exact pixel size, KB file size and format an exam, job, passport or visa application asks for – in seconds, right on your phone.
No more "file size must be between 20 KB and 50 KB", "photo does not meet the requirements" or rejected uploads.

★ PHOTO & SIGNATURE RESIZER IN KB
• Resize a photo in KB: compress an image to a range like 20–50 KB, 10–20 KB or under 100 KB at the best quality that fits
• Exact pixel dimensions such as 200 × 230 px or 600 × 600 px, with the DPI stored in the file
• Signature resizer with ink clean-up for a crisp signature on white
• Thumb impression and handwritten declaration
• Converts PNG, WEBP and HEIC to JPG and removes camera and GPS location data
