Customer Care emailed me a link which only took me to Google Play so I could download the app I already have, that isn't working. Not helpful. I uninstalled it. Why have a non-working app taking up memory space on my phone?

2024-06-14	Ch*****	I enrolled several months ago and still can't log onto the app...when I enter my email and member ID it says it doesn't exist. The dashboard on the members website, which I am able to log onto, is USELESS...no access to any plan descriptions, directories, or anything else!...I'm really beginning to think this is bordering on being a fraudulent service. I see you frequently respond to 3 years worth of similar reviews with apologies, but when will you hire somebody to actually FIX IT?!!!

2023-06-16	Wi*****	Not up to date. Care 500 not accepted by all dentists listed in Amarillo tx. Need to get the word out to dentists you have listed. Very dissatisfied with 500 series Carrington. App says dentist accepts Care 500. Only found one in Amarillo Texas that being Aspen Dental and won't go back to them.
