QR Waiter Call & Request Management System — Flow by Q-smart is a staff application that enables hotel, restaurant, and field operations personnel to instantly track, prioritize, and quickly respond to customer requests.

When your guests make a request from a table/room, your staff sees it within seconds, accepts it, and completes it by scanning the QR code. No request is missed, no table is forgotten.

HOW IT WORKS?

• REQUESTS — All active customer requests are displayed in a single list, color-coded according to their importance (Critical / High / Normal). Each request shows table/area information, request type, and waiting time. Staff accepts the request with a single touch, leaves it if necessary, and completes it when finished.

• SHIFT MANAGEMENT — Staff update their status with a single touch when starting/ending their shift; they do not receive new request assignments while off-duty.

• QR COMPLETION — For critical operations (e.g., account closure), staff securely complete the request by scanning the QR code on the table — eliminating the risk of accidental or remote completion.

• INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS — Staff receive instant push notifications when a new request arrives or if a request is pending for a long time; different notification tones are used for critical and normal priority requests.

• HISTORY — All accepted, completed, abandoned, or expired requests are stored in a history screen that can be filtered by date range and request type — ideal for performance tracking and reporting.

• PROFILE — Staff view their account information, change their language preference, and securely log out.

SECURE AND FAST LOGIN

No passwords, no forgotten passwords. Staff simply enter their business account name and register their device in seconds with a one-time code received from their manager. Session information is stored in the device's secure keychain.
