TAS shows map and traffic accidents data when entering a region (GPS located) in which there were at least 3 accidents with fatalities during the period between 2016 and 2020 (data from https://www.nhtsa.gov).

TAS is free, has no ads and does not require Internet access to function.

This app accesses the GPS location only to show traffic accidents statistics of selected US regions (analyses of the data obtained from the Fatality Analysis Reporting System-FARS, https://www.nhtsa.gov/file-downloads?p=nhtsa/downloads/FARS/).

The GPS location is not stored locally and is not transmitted through the Internet.

The accident information shown by TAS is an independent analysis, with no affiliation to the official NHTSA reports (https://www.nhtsa.gov/).
