Q-Park Rewards

I have only awarded this app 1 star because I can't give it a minus score I've had this app over two years, and at first, it worked well. Then it just stopped working even though I only use the car parks once a month on average Twice I have had to complain that it wasn't working. The first time, it was sorted. But I gave up the second time, and the main reason was that they asked for receipts and because my main use was Greggs and Boots, who mainly sell goods that you don't keep them for

Since recent update the app closes when I click on offers. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and same happens. Also Wilko no longer available and previous cashback that had completed for wilko, and had received the reward is now showing as pending giving me a minus balance.
