Qlect App

QLECT is a business operations app designed for authorized retailers and dealers who sell smartphones and other devices through partner programs.

The app helps retail staff manage day‑to‑day operations, track device sales, and maintain customer records in line with partner agreements disclosed at the time of purchase.

Key features

Device enrollment: Register devices at the point of sale using QR code or IMEI verification.

Payment schedule tracking: Monitor scheduled payments, due dates, and status for each customer account.

Configurable charges: Define and manage applicable charges for delayed or missed payments as per partner policies.

Inventory & customer management: Maintain device inventory, link devices to customer profiles, and update records centrally.

Daily reporting: Generate daily activation summaries and device status reports for internal operations.

In‑app calculator: Provide customer‑facing quotes and payment breakdowns during the sales process.

This app is intended for use by authorized retail staff and dealers as part of a device sales program. End customers are informed about data collection and program terms at the time of purchase, and enrollment is done only with their consent.

QLECT does not provide loans or financial services directly. It is an operations tool for retailers to manage sales, device records, and partner program workflows.
