Passwords are used only to open the current file and are never saved. TAR / CBT and TGZ / TAR.GZ do not have standard archive encryption.

ComicJet reads files stored on your device. Your comics are never uploaded anywhere, and no account is required. Cloud sign-in (Dropbox / Google Drive / OneDrive) is optional and only used to browse and download your own files. Analytics never includes file names, file paths, account details, or passwords.
