2024-09-03	Ch*****	I could use the app at East Point but couldn't at White Sands since the first day of the operation of the outlet and all the staff was not willing to help solve the problem. Today I was very angry as every staff did not wish to offer any advice even though there were no customers to serve. I suddenly realised I might be able to get help from the main office. I called and was told to uninstal and reinstal the app. I also provided the feedback about the poor service at White Sands.

But there was a system failure message received when trying to make payment using the app. Lousy App. Wasting time at the outlet.
