RideVox: Group Ride Voice

RideVox helps cycling clubs, ride leaders, and friends plan and coordinate group rides—from the meeting point to the final regroup.

Create a ride, invite riders, share meeting points and departure times, add a GPX route, and confirm attendance before you roll out. During the ride, live rider positions, push-to-talk voice, and quick notices help the group stay informed when plans change or riders become separated.

PLAN TOGETHER
• Create rides with departure times, multiple meeting points, check-in rules, notes, ride terms, and member roles.
• Invite riders with a code or shared link, and optionally review join requests.
• Attach a GPX route so everyone can preview the route, distance, elevation, and gradient before departure.
• Keep upcoming, active, and completed rides organized in one place.

STAY AWARE ON THE ROAD
• View the GPX route, active rider positions, speed labels, and selected teammate tracks on the live map.
• Use push-to-talk voice for short, focused team communication.
• Send prepared quick notices for common situations such as a flat tire, crash, mechanical issue, discomfort, or rest stop.
• Hear optional Rider Position Reports based on recent team location and track data.
• Configure an optional Bluetooth button for push-to-talk, Rider Position Reports, or selected quick notices.

CHECK IN AND SHARE
• Check in after arriving at your meeting point.
• Share your own live location and ride track with family or friends through a read-only web link—no app or account required for viewers.
• Shared links show only your information, not the locations or internal status of other riders.
• Stop external live-location sharing at any time.

RideVox is designed for ride planning, group coordination, and team awareness. The live map does not provide turn-by-turn navigation. RideVox is not an emergency service and does not replace navigation tools, traffic rules, safe riding practices, or personal judgment.

GPS accuracy, connectivity, device settings, battery level, and third-party services may affect location, voice, maps, notifications, and live sharing.

Location, microphone, notification, and Bluetooth permissions are requested only when needed for the corresponding features. The Bluetooth button is optional. Some features may require a RideVox Pro subscription.
