i cannot open app frm my phone

The issues experienced on Oppo Android: 1.The app detaches from the ring every time I enter the app 2.When exercises are recorded.A day later the heart rate average date goes missing 3.If the ring is reset.The daily data of that day is wiped and the evening befores sleep data.Even though it was synced throughout the day and loaded the app with this data.The ring then resynchronizes and deletes the days data from the app for that day 4.It would be nice to have the app get access to scroll in oth
