KiaKia Livreur

KiaKia Delivery Driver is the app for KiaKia partner drivers in Benin. Receive assignments, deliver, and get paid:

all your work in one place.

🛵 MISSIONS, AT YOUR OWN PACE
• Go online when you want to work, offline when you stop
• Receive mission offers or freely choose from the pool of available deliveries
• Accept or decline an offer with a single tap, directly from the notification
• Shop orders, point A → point B deliveries, dry cleaning: all types of deliveries

🗺️ GUIDANCE AT EVERY STEP
• Geolocation of pickup and delivery points, with one-click navigation
• Customer voice notes to easily find the address
• Clear stages: arrival at pickup, package collected (proof photo), arrival at customer's address, delivery
• Secure delivery via customer confirmation code

💰 YOUR EARNINGS, COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT
• The amount to be collected is clearly displayed: order paid upon delivery + delivery fee
• Track your daily, weekly, and monthly earnings
• Integrated wallet and Mobile Money payout request directly in The app

• Track your cash flow: what you need to pay, with no surprises

📍 VISIBLE TO DISPATCH, EVEN WITH YOUR SCREEN OFF
When you're online, your location is shared with KiaKia dispatch to assign you the nearest deliveries—even when your screen is off. A notification constantly reminds you, and everything stops as soon as you go offline.

💬 STAY CONNECTED

• Integrated chat with the customer and the store, without sharing your personal number

• Report a delay and request a fare adjustment during a delivery

• Notifications at every important stage

📋 BECOME A DELIVERY PARTNER
Register through the app with your documents (ID, vehicle). Your account is activated after validation by the KiaKia team. Motorcycle, tricycle, or car: you deliver according to your vehicle and delivery zones.
