can't get on site tried dozens of combinations useless site to me can't register the solar panels because I can't get accurate readings

I have this app on 3 different phones, but there server seems to go offline often. I'm not game to change settings on the batteries etc as you often can't change them back when needed. Sometimes if works for a few days, then I'm unable to see anything for days on end.
