Verification for bank acc set up still pending after 10+ days, i don't even know when will it be done. Now i can't get my money. The help section is not even loading. Pls improve yr system so that i can get my money back

Overall, a rather mediocre and unfriendly app to use. Forced to use it due to it being the only payment app for a school app run by the same company. Current issues is an inability to update the app via the app store, and the app not allowing the old version to be used. A further issue is that if you attempt to top up the maximum amount (approx USD 45), and are unsuccessful for any reason, you are unable to top up for another 24 hours.
