Silk Go reviews are largely negative after the latest update. Users report frequent crashes and freezes, video playback problems (no video, black screens, or audio-only streams), and unreliable casting to TVs. The user experience is hurt by intrusive ads and a clunky design. Several users claim the old version worked better and urge a rollback or major fixes. A minority, however, praise the redesign, radio streaming, and mobile football viewing quality when the app functions.

Updated version features a nicer design/UI.

Recent reviews

App has an account problem: I have an account which I used on TV set, then wanted to by package and it won't let me in on smartphone or webbroser with the same account, stating they are incorrect. Tried vice-versa and this time app on TV set won't let me in with same issue. Asked for help - useless! I think either they just don't bother or don't know how.
