Qareib - Store Management

Qareib is a store management app for merchants in Iraq. Your orders, stock, customers and profit, all in one place on your phone, with no paper notebooks.

If you sell through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, Qareib turns those messages into organised orders, works out your net profit, and sends the order to the delivery company.

Order management
Log orders from WhatsApp, a phone call or your online store in one place. Every order shows where it has reached: new, confirmed, ready to ship, with the driver, delivered. Record why an order was cancelled or returned so your reports stay accurate, and print invoices to share with the customer.

Stock and inventory
Track stock quantities accurately across more than one warehouse. Record stock arriving from your supplier, move items between warehouses, and get an alert before something runs out or expires.

Profit and reports
Know your real profit, not just your sales. Qareib works out the cost of goods and expenses such as rent, salaries and ads, and shows you your net profit. Sales reports by product, customer, governorate and time.

A ready online store
Every merchant has an online store on their own link. Your customers browse your products and send the order, and it reaches you in the app straight away. Share your store link on WhatsApp or in your Instagram bio and start selling online.

Delivery and cash on delivery
Send the order to the delivery company straight from the app, and print the receipts in one file. Stock goes down automatically on delivery and comes back on a return, and you can track cash on delivery amounts with the driver.

Customers
A full record for every customer: their orders, their purchases, and their backup phone number. Know who your best customer is and who returns goods.

Your team and their access
Add your staff with ready-made roles such as cashier, driver and manager. Each person sees only what they need.

Three languages
Arabic, Kurdish and English. Switch the language inside the app at any time.

Instant alerts
A notification the moment a new order arrives from your store, even when the app is closed.

Qareib is for every Iraqi merchant: shop owners, online sellers, retail or wholesale warehouses, in Baghdad, Erbil, Basra or any governorate. If you sell and need to see your business in numbers, Qareib is built for you.
