Networkle: A Smart Social Network and Networking Platform for University Students

Networkle is a next-generation networking application that enables university students to grow their professional and social networks in an optimized way.

1. Verified Student Community
To protect the security and academic quality of the platform, only active university students can join Networkle. Users are included in the system by verification via a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to their university email addresses (.edu / .edu.tr).

2. AI-Powered Matching Cycle Every 3 Days
During registration, users select their areas of interest in order of priority, such as internships, corporate careers, startups, academia, and sports, and specify their networking goals in free text. The developed backend infrastructure generates vectors and embeddings from this data and automatically matches users with new people most suitable to their interests every 3 days. Communication begins between users who mutually approve within the specified period.

3. Real-Time Messaging
Students who confirm each other or connect via the map as a result of the smart matching cycle can message each other instantly thanks to the advanced chat infrastructure.

4. Social Graph and Expanding Network Structure
The application's main screen presents the user's existing connections and their mutual connections (first and second-degree relationships) on a visual graph (map). Users can organically expand their network via the map by reviewing the connections of their connections and send new network requests.
