havent used pzizz in a long time but all i know for sure is I only have positive things to say about it. It helped me sleep by making me focus on one tjing only which was the sound that i was listening to. I am incredibly grateful to this app for letting me go past through those sleepless nights when i was maladaptive daydreamin (weird)
