Pathetic service. They ask you to download their app and book an online video consultancy with the doctor. On the date and time of appointment, they will keep you waiting for 2 hours and then say that all the appointmemts of the doctor has been cancelled and they will not even reschedule it despite taking payment of the charges more than a month ago.. they will neither reschedule the appointment nor refund the payment nor respond to calls, messages and mails.
