I would give it a big 0 stars if I could. I live in Bangalore. Out of the 20 or so times I've tried booking, they have only responded like 3 times. The on field agent does not come unless you call and beg them. Even the customer service forwards or ignores your call and gives you fake timings. THESE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE! BBMP is terrible in Bangalore so the dry waste starts piling up. You might think this app might be a saviour but not at all. Terrible app. Will never install again!

no professionalism. they took my 130kg trash worth 1300rs than after 2-3 days after aprox 20 calls they gave me 863rs without any explanation about how much price for each material. need improvement alot.
